We also walked the “holy mile” in a procession with the Most Blessed Sacrament, carried by bishop Allen. It was once again beautiful weather. The procession ended on the grounds where the original 11th century Shrine of the Holy House of Nazareth once stood, among the remains of the ancient church. Read more about Walsingham here.
